Corsair Cove gameplay: production, islands and logistics

Corsair Cove gameplay revolves around building a working pirate settlement across constrained islands. Your production buildings, workers, fetchers, storage, and transport routes all have to support the same output goal.

Production chains are connected

A final product is only as reliable as its upstream inputs. A useful plan starts with the output you want per minute, then works backwards through every recipe to the raw resources and buildings that supply it.

The planner on this site aggregates shared upstream demand before rounding building counts. That helps avoid overbuilding when two later recipes both need the same material.

Routes matter after the math

Production capacity is a baseline, not a guarantee that goods will arrive on time. Long routes, repeated handoffs, storage placement, and fetcher work can leave a building short of inputs even when the recipe looks correct.

Start with a capacity plan, then watch route efficiency in your save. Use planning headroom where the map makes transport difficult instead of assuming every producer will hold its theoretical maximum.
