Logistics guide
Fetchers keep the chain moving.
A recipe can be correct and still stall when inputs do not reach the building quickly enough. Start by separating production capacity from collection capacity.
Use the planner as a capacity baseline
Set your target output and choose 85% for normal headroom. The result tells you the number of buildings and listed fetchers required before route friction is considered.
Then inspect the route
Watch the game’s route-efficiency signal. Green means the current path is healthy; yellow and red are evidence that the physical route, pickup timing or storage placement deserves attention.
Reduce unnecessary handoffs
Each additional warehouse, pier or remote processor can add work for the logistics chain. Place a producer close to its immediate consumer where the island layout allows it.
