When enough production still is not enough.
Start with the measured shortfall, then walk upstream. A stalled final building is usually the symptom, not the source.
1. Confirm the target rate
Compare current output with the planner’s target. If a producer is below its base rate, solve the building or staffing issue before expanding its consumers.
2. Trace the immediate input
Find the first missing input in the dependency view. Follow that branch upstream until you reach the raw material or the first building with an inefficient route.
3. Add capacity with headroom
Do not plan every building at an idealized 100% when routes are long. Use 70% as a conservative starting point and adjust after observing the actual route.
